"Katie w/Marcus Sykora State Farm handled my claim in a timely manner. She was explicit in explaining what was needed and how the process would work. My adjuster called and was also very informative asking for a couple more pieces of info. I sent that to him and was contacted back explaining the payment process. I have since received my payment. Being 4 hours away out of state from my property this was important to me. I would recommend Marcus Sykora as your State Farm Agent at the Lake of the Ozarks."
